Butler w/ Estate Management Experience | Los Angeles/Miami/Travel++

A busy couple is seeking a properly trained butler/estate manager for their properties and lifestyle. The role would be based in Los Angeles and involve travel several times per month and then, once or twice a year there would be extended travel for several weeks at a time. Their properties are spread across California, Miami, and one international location.

The primary responsibility will be acting as a faithful right-hand valet to the principal, anticipating all of his needs, managing busy schedule logistics, and maintaining all personal preferences. A truebutler who has a background in service with a modern-day approach- similar to a hotelier butler at a trendy luxury hotel. Duties will include, but are not limited to;

• Packing/unpacking of luggage upon arrival and departure
• Wardrobe maintenance and upkeep
• Household inventory and supply maintenance
• Traveling ahead to prepare residences for principals arrival
• Preparation of cocktails, coffee and light meals (salads, smoothies, etc.)
• Acting as a chauffeur/driver for airport pickup/drop offs and appointment/reservations as needed
• Pet care, as needed among staff
• Walk through of properties
• Maintenance and vendor management
• Handling budgets/expenses with the business management team
• Vehicle maintenance
• Aviation logistics

• Prior experience organizing intimate events, dinner parties, working with vendors, chefs, menus and necessary equipment rentals.
• The ability to speak Spanish or Italian is a plus!

• Knowledge of wines, bar-tending/mixology

• Knowledge of high-end hotel service industry

• Training in a butler-like capacity

• Prior high-end luxury service experience is required
• Experience managing staff across multiple properties and delegating the principals needs
• An understanding of high-level furniture, fixtures, and lifestyle is needed
• Ability to maintain consistency across the homes with protocols and procedure
• Tech savvy
• Pet friendly
• Detail-oriented
• Discretion above all else
• Clean, valid driver's license
• Passport Ready (Not expiring within six months)
• Legal to work in the US and have a US Passport, Green Card, or EAC

The couple is open on salary, depending on experience and will offer a benefits package.
